I made this printable card set to help you or your loved ones find calm in challenging moments. Originally designed to ease the difficulties of waiting, many of these cards are also perfect for traveling, school, appointments, social gatherings, workplace breaks, etc. Inside, you’ll find gentle prompts for small relaxing activities, breathing exercises, finger tracing, and more to bring comfort wherever you are. I’ve also included blank cards so you can add your own special ideas—great if your mother tongue isn’t English, too!

The card set is accompanied by the Autism and Waiting Zine (each page is printable in poster size) and a Coloring Visual Timer.

My hope is that these cards bring a little peace to kids and adults alike, no matter the situation.
