- 12 filled-in cards on 2 sheets (all cards have different designs and texts). When I made these, I was specifically thinking about some of the most common triggers and needs during meltdowns and shutdowns but of course, you can use them anytime you want.
- 12 blank cards on 2 sheets: you can use these to write your own words/ phrases/ Gestalts, etc. You can also use these if your mother tongue is not English.
